In September of 2009, Jared was a public school kindergartener in Queens, NY.  The Adaptive Design Association fabricated 16 pieces of customized adaptive equipment for him, some or which are illustrated in this video (90 seconds).

In 2016, having moved on to middle school, he returned for further adaptations, including six classroom chairs for six different locations in the school.
